SHOW UP BE SEEN LIVE BRAVE
Based on the work of Brené Brown, the primary focus of this workshop will be exploring how, in a culture of constant transition, we can fall prey to scarcity and comparison, worrying that we don’t measure up to those around us.
You will learn:
–The critical role vulnerability plays in our lives and how our willingness to show up determines the depth of our courage and the clarity of our purpose.
–How fear, blame, and scarcity drive ” I am enough” and how our self- worth is tied to our willingness to show up in our lives —Actionable strategies for embracing vulnerability that can help transform the way we live, love, partner, and lead.
